結婚記念日のお祝いもできなかったので、近くの焼肉屋さんに行きました。Since we weren’t able to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we went to a nearby yakiniku restaurant.
初めて行ったのはいつのことか？おそらく20年以上前だと思いますが、その頃からやっていたであろうこのカード。初めて見た時感動して、自社にも参考にしようと思いました。その時の新鮮さは流石になくなりましたが、ずっと続けていらして素晴らしいなぁと思いました。When was the first time I went? It must have been over 20 years ago, but this card must have been around since then. I was so impressed when I first saw it that I thought I’d use it as a reference for my own company. The freshness of that time has worn off, but I think it’s amazing that they’ve continued it for so long.

続けないと変化は起きないし、続けないと組織は変わらないのですよね。If you don’t keep going, change won’t happen, and if you don’t keep going, the organization won’t change.
