今回で2回目となる和菓子ワークショップが社会課題解決型スタジオ「with GREEN PRITING」で開催されました。
This was the second Japanese sweets workshop held at the social problem-solving studio “with GREEN PRITING.”
ワークショップでは数種の中から作る作品を決めて製作、そしてプロのライティングから撮影の手解きまでセットとなっています。
In the workshop, you will choose from several options and create a piece of work, and the set also includes professional lighting and instruction in photography.
今回はスイカにきまりました。🍉三色のしんこ餅からスイカに仕上げて行く伝統の技術を手解きしてもらい、みんなで試行錯誤しながら作り上げていきます。
This time we decided on watermelon. 🍉 We will learn the traditional technique of turning three-colored “shinko mochi” into a watermelon, and we will all make it through trial and error.

最後に皆さん作品と撮影用の黒いお皿をとお土産のマグネットをお持ち帰りいただきました。
At the end, everyone took home their creation, a black plate for photos, and a souvenir magnet.
